Terms and Conditions of Rental

Essential Information

• All members of your party require full travel insurance for the duration of your holiday, as this is something we do not provide as part of the rental.
  
   
• Don’t forget to check that all your passports, visa’s and travel insurance is up to date. Please contact the respective Government agencies if you are in any doubt.
  
   
• The villa sleeps up to a maximum of 6 persons and is fully furnished and equipped to this level. Beach towels are provided.
   
• Guests will normally be able to access the villa after 1400hrs on the day of arrival. Departing guests are required to vacate the villa no later than 1000hrs, in order that, a thorough clean of the villa can be performed. (We may be able to alter these timings when arrival/departure times of other guests allow – we’ll always try to accommodate your needs if possible. Please ask.)
   
• Unfortunately, no refunds can be given if you are unable to get to the villa on the scheduled date, due to industrial disputes, flight delays etc.

DISCLAIMER

• We accept no liability for accidents or injuries that may be occasioned by you or members of your family or friends while you are tenants in the property.
• Please be aware that most properties in Cyprus have tiled floors/patios, staircases and bathrooms. These can become extremely slippery when wet and you should be careful, especially after showering and/or swimming.
• This property has a private pool and we advise you to ensure that all children/non-swimmers are supervised by one or more responsible adults in and around the pool area at all times.
• Please do not take glass or crockery outside on the patio/pool area, as if broken, this can cause serious injury. Additionally, patio tiles can become extremely hot and suitable footwear should be worn.
