Villa
Filia is a modern designed villa with all the comforts of home away from
home. A very spacious lounge overlooks the pool and landscaped garden. Satellite
television, CD, DVD, i-pod stereo docking station and a small library of
books, games and discs are provided for your use. |

On
the ground floor, you’ll find a fully fitted kitchen with all modern
appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave.
There is also an additional WC |

The
dining room has seating for 6 people and contains an open staircase which
leads to a a large upstairs landing. There are a master bedroom and two
other bedrooms with a shared bathroom / WC. |

The master bedroom contains a en-suite shower and toilet, and also has
its own balcony with distant sea views and bistro table with chairs. Each
room has twin beds but these can be made into doubles if required. Ample
wardrobe space is provided in all bedrooms. |

Filia is fully air conditioned/heated at no extra cost and there are also
ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the dining and lounge areas. |
